Rodizio, a way of service. How it works...

 

Rodizio is a system of service. The servers, dressed as authentic Gauchos, walk through the restaurant with large meat skewers, which they bring directly to your table. Only the best meat cuts and selections are served at Rodizio and each skewers is prepared with a different type of meat and a unique mix of herbs and spices.

 

You begin with an extensive and varied buffet. Should you choose for a vegetarian option, you will be more than delighted by the selections available at the buffet. A special price is offered for exclusive use of the buffet.

The buffet consists of: sushi, a selection of marinated and grilled vegetables, special cheeses and a variety of other warm specialities. Try our homemade Brazilian Cheesebread (Pão de Queijo).

 

After the buffet, it is time for Rodizio! You choose which type of meat your prefer and you are able to observe as our servers carve succulent portions of your selection right before you. You may choose from an assortment of beef, lamb, pork, sausages and poultry. Your mouth will literaly be watering! You may order as often as you wish. If you like to do so, simply flip the card in front of you to the green side. Had your fill? Just flip it to the red side.

All dishes are served with delicious fried Brazilian bananas and french fries.
